Return, Exchange & Replacement Policy

Each of our press-on nail sets is handmade with care and prepared according to the size, shape, and design selected when you place your order. Because of the handmade and personal nature of our products, please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Change of Mind

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds simply because you:

Change your mind after receiving your order
No longer want the product
Prefer a different color, design, length, or shape
Ordered the wrong size or nail shape

Please carefully review the product description, photos, sizing information, and your selected options before placing your order.

Sizing & Nail Shape

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct nail size and preferred nail shape when ordering.

If the nail set you receive matches the size and shape selected in your order, but does not fit because the incorrect size or shape was chosen, the order is not eligible for a return, exchange, or refund.

If you are unsure about sizing, we strongly recommend measuring your nails carefully and reviewing our sizing guide before ordering.

You are also welcome to contact us before placing your order, and we will be happy to help you choose the most suitable size or shape.

Incorrect Item, Size or Shape

If we make an error and the nail size, shape, design, or other product option you receive is different from what was confirmed in your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please provide:

Your order number
Clear photos of the complete nail set
Photos showing the incorrect size, measurement, shape, design, or other issue
A brief description of the problem

Once we review your request and confirm the issue, we will arrange an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement of the affected nails, replacement of the nail set, or another appropriate remedy.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged during shipping or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery whenever possible.

Please include your order number along with clear photos or a short video showing the issue.

We review each case individually and will provide an appropriate solution when the damage or defect is confirmed.

Please keep the product and its original packaging until your request has been reviewed, as we may need additional photos or information.

Hygiene & Used Products

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for nail sets that have been:

Worn or applied
Used or tested with adhesive
Filed, trimmed, reshaped, painted, or otherwise altered
Damaged after delivery
Used with nail glue or adhesive tabs

Please check the size, shape, design, and condition of your nail set before applying or modifying the nails.

Handmade Variations

Because each set is individually handmade, slight variations in color placement, patterns, decorative details, or other handcrafted elements may occur.

These small variations are part of the handmade nature of our products and are not considered defects, provided that the overall product is consistent with the design shown and described on the product page.

Return Shipping

Please do not send any product back to us without contacting us first.

If a return is approved because we sent an incorrect, defective, or damaged product, we will provide instructions regarding the next steps.

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or refunded.

Customized & Made-to-Order Products

Products created according to customer-provided measurements, custom specifications, personalization requests, or other made-to-order requirements may not be eligible for return or cancellation where permitted by applicable law.

This does not affect your rights if an item is defective, damaged, incorrectly made, or otherwise protected under applicable consumer protection laws.

EU Customers

Customers located in the European Union may have certain statutory consumer rights, including rights relating to online purchases.

Certain products that are made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalized may be excluded from the standard right of withdrawal where permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply to your purchase.
