Each of our press-on nail sets is handmade with care and prepared specifically for your order. Please review our processing and estimated shipping times before placing your order.
Processing Time
Orders are typically prepared and shipped within 1–5 business days after payment is successfully confirmed.
Business days do not include weekends or public holidays. Because our nail sets are handmade, processing times may be slightly longer during holidays, promotional periods, or periods of high order volume.
Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.
Estimated Shipping Time
Once your order has been completed and shipped, estimated delivery times are:
* United States: approximately 5–10 business days
* International Orders: approximately 7–15 business days
These timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Actual delivery times may vary depending on your destination, customs clearance, local postal or courier services, weather conditions, peak shipping periods, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Order & Shipping Confirmation
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order details.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, when available.
If we become aware of any significant shipping delay, tracking issue, or customs-related problem affecting your order, we will make reasonable efforts to contact you and keep you informed.
Delivery Address
Please carefully review your shipping address before completing your order.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout.
Because orders may enter production shortly after being placed, we cannot guarantee that address changes can be made after an order has been confirmed.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist you if the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
We are not responsible for orders delayed, returned, or lost as a result of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
International Shipping, Customs & Import Duties
We offer international shipping to available destinations.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country or local authorities.
Where taxes or duties are specifically displayed and collected during checkout, those charges will be included in your order total.
For destinations where such fees are not collected at checkout, the customer is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, handling fees, or other charges required before or upon delivery.
We are unable to predict or control customs fees or customs processing times. Please contact your local customs authority for more information regarding possible import charges.
Customs & Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

* Severe weather conditions
* Transportation or logistical disruptions
* Public holidays or peak shipping periods
* Incorrect or incomplete delivery information

Tracking Information
Tracking information will be provided once available after your order has been shipped.
Please allow some time for the carrier's tracking system to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.
